• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• You will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation once your order is shipped.

Our standard delivery timeline is 7–10 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and courier service availability. Remote areas may take a few extra days.

4. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India using reputed courier partners. For international orders, please contact us at support@juteforlife.in for a custom quote.

5. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment.
• Free shipping may be offered during promotions or above a certain cart value.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and link will be sent to your registered email or WhatsApp number so you can monitor delivery progress in real-time.

7. Delays

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to natural calamities, courier issues, lockdowns, or other unforeseen factors. We will communicate promptly in such cases.

8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details entered during checkout are correct. Jute For Life will not be responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

10. Damaged Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos/videos of the package and product immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
